Step 1

Prepare your ingredients

Gather all your ingredients and prep your fruit. If you're using fresh mango, make sure it's perfectly ripe for that sweet, tropical flavour. Peel and chop the mango into chunks. Slice your frozen banana. Have all your gorgeous toppings ready and arranged – this makes the fun decorating part so much easier!

Step 2

Blend the Smoothie.

Add the mango chunks, frozen banana, coconut milk, chia seeds, lime juice, and ice cubes (if using) to your blender. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until you achieve a thick, creamy, and silky-smooth consistency. The mixture should be thick enough to hold toppings – if it's too thin, add more frozen banana or a handful of ice; if it's too thick, add a splash more milk. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you'd like it sweeter!

Step 3

Pour into your Bowl.

Pour the vibrant golden smoothie mixture into a wide, shallow bowl. Use a spatula to get every last bit of that delicious smoothie out of the blender! Smooth the top with the back of a spoon to create the perfect canvas for your toppings. The thick consistency means your toppings will sit beautifully on top rather than sinking in.

Step 4

Add toppings & serve.

Now for the fun part – decorating your bowl! Arrange your toppings in sections or rows for that Instagram-worthy look. We love fresh mango slices, crunchy granola, colourful berries, banana slices, a sprinkle of chia seeds, and a handful of nuts. Get creative with your design! Drizzle with honey or nut butter if desired, snap a photo, and dig in immediately while it's perfectly chilled and fresh.
