4. Ordering and Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept card payments and cash (in-store only). Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering for online purchases.
4.4 Payment Security
We use secure payment processing systems to protect your payment information. We do not store complete credit card details on our servers.
5. Delivery Service
5.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver to Stockport . Delivery availability is subject to postcode verification at checkout.
5.2 Delivery Times
We aim to deliver within the timeframe selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will notify you of any significant delays.
5.3 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary based on order value and location. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
5.4 Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, unavailability at the delivery address, or other customer-related issues, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Click & Collect
6.1 Collection Times
Click & collect orders can be collected during our opening hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8am–6pm
- Saturday: 8:30am–5pm
- Sunday: 10:30am–3pm
6.2 Collection Process
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID when collecting.
6.3 Uncollected Orders
Orders not collected within 24 hours of the ready-for-collection notification may be cancelled, and a refund (minus any applicable restocking fee) will be issued.
7. Product Quality and Freshness
7.1 Fresh Produce
We are committed to providing the highest quality fresh produce. Due to the nature of fresh products, appearance may vary from images shown on our website.
7.2 Cold-Pressed Juice
Fresh cold-pressed juice has a shelf life of 7 days when refrigerated. Frozen juice can be stored for up to 6 months. Please follow storage instructions provided.
7.3 Perishable Items
Perishable items should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt. We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery or collection.
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 Fresh and Perishable Products
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of fresh produce, juice, bread, or other perishable items unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
8.2 Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
8.3 Non-Perishable Products
Non-perishable products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unopened and in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
8.4 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
9. Eco-Refill Stations
9.1 Bring Your Own Containers
Customers are encouraged to bring their own clean containers for eco-refill purchases. We also provide containers for purchase if needed.
9.2 Container Hygiene
Customers are responsible for ensuring their containers are clean and suitable for food storage. We reserve the right to refuse to fill containers that do not meet hygiene standards.
10. Loyalty Programs
We offer loyalty programs for certain products (in store only):
- Coffee: Buy 9, get the 10th free
- Milkshakes/Smoothies: Buy 5, get the 6th free
- Spend £50 for 4 weeks, get £10 off your 5th shop
Terms and conditions of loyalty programs may change. Current program details are available in-store and on our website.
11. User Accounts
11.1 Account Creation
You may need to create an account to use certain features of our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
11.2 Account Security
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
11.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
